We are honored to introduce Dr. Bayo Nade, a distinguished Obstetrician & Gynaecologist and a dedicated leader in maternal and reproductive health. Dr. Nade serves as the Head of the Obstetrics and Gynaecology Department at St. Joseph’s Mission Hospital Peramiho, where he plays a pivotal role in advancing quality maternal healthcare services.

Beyond his hospital leadership, Dr. Nade is an Executive Council Member of AGOTA (Association of Gynaecologists and Obstetricians of Tanzania), contributing to national strategies that enhance reproductive health outcomes. His expertise extends to national-level facilitation as a National Emergency Obstetric and Newborn Care (EmONC) and Maternal and Perinatal Death Surveillance and Response (MPDSR) Facilitator, working to improve maternal and neonatal health services across Tanzania.

Rwehabura France is a Registered Advanced Midwife Practitioner (R-AMP) with extensive expertise in maternal and child health services. Holding a Master of Science in Midwifery and Women’s Health (MScMWH) and a Bachelor of Science in Midwifery (BScM), he currently serves as a Clinical Instructor (CI) at Muhimbili National Hospital Mloganzila.

With a deep passion for improving maternal and neonatal health outcomes, Rwehabura is also a public speaker, advocating for quality and evidence-based midwifery care. His work focuses on professional development, clinical mentorship, and enhancing healthcare services to ensure safe motherhood and child well-being.

Anitha Mganga is an Assistant Midwife Officer and a passionate advocate for maternal and child health in Tanzania. She is the driving force behind Mamamilk Boost, an initiative dedicated to enhancing lactation naturally to promote exclusive breastfeeding.

Through her work, Anitha empowers mothers with knowledge and practical solutions to improve breastfeeding outcomes, supporting infant nutrition and overall maternal well-being. Her advocacy aligns with global health goals, ensuring that more infants receive the essential benefits of breast milk for a healthier start in life.
