The Mobile Facilitation Team (MOFATE) is a recognized professional digital platform committed to transforming healthcare service delivery and fostering professional excellence among healthcare professionals across Tanzania. Endorsed by the Tanzania Nursing and Midwifery Council (TNMC) and working in close collaboration with the Ministry of Health- Division of Nursing and Midwifery Services (DNMS), MOFATE continues to advance its mission of building capacity through innovative, accessible, and quality-driven digital learning approaches.
In response to the growing demand for Continuous Professional Development (CPD), skills enhancement, and evidence-based clinical practice, MOFATE has launched a pilot study on the Tele-Nursing Education Program in collaboration with selected hospitals in Tanzania. This groundbreaking initiative is designed to bridge existing knowledge and competency gaps among nurses and midwives by delivering structured, interactive, and practice-oriented learning sessions through digital platforms.
Through this initiative, MOFATE aims to strengthen clinical competence, enhance critical thinking, and foster a culture of lifelong learning among healthcare providers, ultimately contributing to improved patient outcomes and the advancement of nursing and midwifery practice in Tanzania.
Warm regards! MOFATE
